THE PARK

Situated in the picturesque Oxfordshire countryside, Duvall Park provides residents with all the benefits they would expect from modern country life, including a high street, shops, pub, an all-through free school and new community centre, all built around a central village green. All while still being a short commute to nearby areas Oxford and London. The park features a secure gated entrance with CCTV fitted throughout the park for our resident’s safety.

The park has fantastic transport links, with a bus stop at the park entrance for your convenience. This makes exploring the local area both easy and stress-free. As well as the bus stop, a Dial A Bus service is also available to pick up residents at their door. We have a fantastic close-knit community at Duvall Park, we currently hold 2-3 events per year including a summer and Christmas party. As well as a Fish & Chips van which visits us weekly to provide our residents with a taste of the seaside.
